At King of Glory Lutheran Church, our Ministries for Adults are dedicated to helping you grow in faith and understanding of God’s Word. Through Bible studies, small groups, and enriching programs, we create opportunities for adults to deepen their relationship with Jesus, explore their spiritual gifts, and live out our mission to connect, grow, and live so that all may know the love of Jesus. Contact our office for more information and join us as we journey together in faith, learning, and service.
Growing in faith is an important part of our community at King of Glory. King of Glory offers adult education each Sunday on a variety of topics, as well as a number of Bible studies throughout the week, including studies on Wednesday evenings to help you navigate the challenges of life from a Christian perspective. No matter where you are in your faith journey, there is a place where you can grow! Check out our calendar to see what studies are happening now.
Life Groups at King of Glory exist as an extension of our mission statement to Connect to God and His people, Grow in faith and love, and Live through service and sharing so that ALL may know the love of Jesus. Life Groups are small groups of individuals, couples, or families who together walk through life while supporting each other as they grow together in faith. For more information on how you can get involved in life groups at King of Glory, please contact the Pastor Linnell.
MomCo believes motherhood is better with a village. MomCo is here to support moms. MomCo meets twice a month to discuss various topics related to motherhood, parenting, or just general advice through videos or speakers. It is for moms with children from 0-18, and those with children over 18 are invited to become mentor moms. MomCo also provides monthly mom’s-night-outs and playdates. MomCo meetings provide childcare in the morning for kids 6 and under (as well as an area for a few homeschooled kids), and in the evenings there are activities for kids of all ages.
The Out to Lunch Bunch welcomes all women of King of Glory who wish to join others for lunch monthly at various restaurants in the area. This is a time for fellowship as those who attend get to know each other better. Invitations designating the hostess and the restaurant of the month are made in “The Herald” weekly email as well as the Sunday announcements.
As Lutheran Women in Mission, we joyfully proclaim Christ, support missions, and equip women to honor God by serving others.
Senior Connect is a ministry for senior members of King of Glory seeking to provide opportunities for the senior members to learn, grow, socialize, deepen their faith and enjoy this community. A variety of activities and speakers are showcased throughout the year.
This is a great way to meet men in the church from all generations and walks of life. It is also a great way to learn a bit more about faith and God, and it is a great way to have a really good breakfast.
